PAGGS CAMP 2009 PAISLEY. SCOTLAND


Tuesday 4 th August to Wednesday 12 th August

We would hereby like to invite EVERY Scout, Girl Guide and Boys Brigadier in the six participating countries in the twin town cooperation to the PAGGS camp in Paisley/Scotland. Everybody from the age of 11 - 18 is welcome to this camp as a participant. Those over the age of 18 and who are leaders in the participating countries are invited as delegation leaders or as camp staff.


The camp will be held on the Bonaly Campsite on the edge of the Pentland Hills, near Edinburgh Campsite Address. Bonaly Camping and Trianing Cent re. 71 Bonaly Road. Edinburg. Lothian. EH13 0pB

The theme of the camp is Castles and Clans. The week will have water activities, normal Scouting activities, Highland Games, visits to Edenburgh and other exiting activities

The camp will open on Tuesday 4th August 2009 an will end on Wednesday 12th August 2009. Participants will arrive on Monday 3rd August 2009 and depart on Thuersday 13th August.2009

The fee for the camp will be £ 180.00 for participants and £ 135.00 for campstaff and leaders. This does not include pocket money and travelling

30th November 08 Participant/leader applications and deposits of £60
Application for camp staff and deposit of £60
All leaders should include all qualifications.

28th February 09 Payment of £60 (total paid £120). Give name and age of individuals
(if leaders just say so) with any food allergies or specific dietary
requirements.

31st May 2009 Balance paid in full with 1st aid forms and 2x passport photos
from all delegations (last payment of £60 for participants / £15 for
leaders and camp staff)

17th July 2009 1st aid forms with any amendments from all delegations

3rd August 2009 Arrival of all delegations at camp

4th August 2009 Official opening of camp

12 Augusty 2009 Official close of camp

13th August 2009 All delegations depart.
